Shipping & Exchange Policy

At ZuDoré, every product is carefully hand-picked, and each collection is thoughtfully curated. Quality is our number one priority. Our goal is to create jewelry that is made to last and can be put on and forgotten about.

Exchanges & Store Credit

In the rare case that an item arrives broken or faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit upon its return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, it will be exchanged for another product or store credit will be issued.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at shopzu.dore@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]" and include the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the item and its condition
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by us.

Please note that earrings and earring/necklace sets are not eligible for exchanges or returns for sanitary reasons.

Shipping

We currently ship within North America only, until further notice. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Estimated shipping times are available and indicated at checkout.
